1. Return Policy Overview
At Aasanmarket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" are not eligible for returns
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Software licenses and digital products
- Opened or used consumable items
- Items with broken manufacturer seals
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@Aasanmarket.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address
- We will inspect the returned item upon receipt
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size:
- Return the original item following the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired item on our website
- Your refund will be processed once the return is received
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a free return pickup and provide a full refund or replacement
- We cover all shipping costs for damaged/defective returns
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your JazzCash/EasyPaisa account for the refund
- Contact your payment provider as processing times may vary

9. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item is damaged or defective
- We sent the wrong item
- The return is due to our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
